Summer weather can get a little crazy! If you’re not feeling like heading to the beach or jumping into the pool to cool down, here’s a way to stay chill – popsicles!

Here are three easy DIY popsicle recipes for you to enjoy:

1. Fresh Fruit

Cut up any fresh fruit you’d like to have in your popsicle. Insert the fruit into the mold and add coconut water. Freeze the mold for 6-8 hours and voila! You have yourself fresh fruit popsicles!

2. Childhood Favorite

This one is the childhood favorite. For this popsicle recipe, all you need is water, different flavored Kool-Aid packets, and a popsicle mold. Follow the packet instructions on how to mix the Kool-Aid packet with water, then pour out the mixture into the mold. Leave it in the freezer for at least 3-6 hours!

3. Chocolate Dipped Bananas

For this recipe, I would freeze the bananas an hour prior to dipping them into the chocolate so you can enjoy this treat quicker! All you need is 1 cup of chocolate chips, bananas, and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter (or you can opt-out and just use 2 tablespoons of butter).  Take the frozen bananas and insert the popsicle stick in the center. Melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter in the microwave, pour mix into a tall narrow glass. Dip the bananas into the mix and add nuts, sprinkles, or coconut flakes to the top. Freeze for another 45-60 minutes before eating it!
