Adventures in the Kitchen: Muffin Top Pumpkin Christmas Cookies

Santa will be coming soon and he will be expecting some delicious Christmas cookies.  Thanks to the ingenious experiment done by a fellow employee, I have a new and creative cookie for all the Christmas and pumpkin lovers.

Muffin Top Pumpkin Christmas Cookies

Ingredients:

1. Spice Cake Mix
2. 1 Can Of Pumpkin Pie Fillin
3. Pumpkin Pie Spice
4. Powdered Sugar

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Pour the spice cake mix into a mixing bowl.
3. Add the can of pumpkin pie filling and mix until smooth.
4. Add pumpkin pie spice to desired taste.
5. Butter or spray the cookie sheet.
6. Scoop the dough into a plastic bag
7. Cut one of the bottom corners of the bag
8. Squeeze the dough onto the cookie sheet.
9. Bake cookies in the oven for 5-8 minutes.
10. Sprinkle powdered sugar over cookies when done.
11. Let cool – and enjoy!
